Thames Side Refurbishment
This is a turnkey project we undertook for a client on a Thames side semi-penthouse.
The property had been maintained to a good standard, but the structure and infrastructure had remained largely unaltered since it was built in the 1990s.
We started from the ground up, gutting the entire apartment. We replaced plumbing and electrics, redesigning the interior layout to create a large master suite with double basin en suite, new open plan kitchen, an additional bathroom and guest WC.
Flooring was replaced throughout, bathrooms were all redesigned to maximise space and lighting schemes and socket layouts were changed to ensure that this is now suitable for High End 21st Century living.
