La villa se situe sur l'Ile de la Réunion, en plein Océan Indien. Le site présente un fort dénivelé dont la conception initiale a su tirer profit. La villa est en surplomb d'une ravine, lui offrant une vue totalement dégagée. La végétation luxuriante permet de préserver l'intimité des résidents. Les espaces de vie "dedans / dehors" font la particularité des maisons réunionnaises. Une varangue en rez-de-jardin vient reprendre ce langage de façon contemporaine. La grande terrasse en RDC, quant à elle, fait office de balcon sur mer. Les espaces intérieurs sont comme une continuité de l'extérieur grâce à de larges baies généreuses. Une suite parentale se déploie au dernier niveau, comme un nid d'aigle surplombant l'océan.

At this front exterior, I had to burn all external coating from the ladders due to paint failure. New paint and coating were applied by brush and roll in the white gloss system.
