This previous family room was used for old storage and games. Now a totally transformed space, perfect for relaxing as a family, watching projector movies and playing.. as well as adult time and a home bar. Totally Bespoke built media and storage wall with also secret door to home office!

modernise original Victorian half of the home to compliment new complete renovation with industrial twist, repaint all spaces in original Victorian section in Dulux White Exchange half strength and highlight original cornice / ceiling panels / mantle / dado panelling in Dulux Lexicon half strength with Dulux Domino as feature fireplace wall. remove flooring, replace all floor joists and replace flooring prior to install of new engineered oak flooring "Brown Oak".

We installed custom joinery to either side of the fireplace to balance out the area and provide a functional bar and storage area.

La zona pranzo, separata dalla zona salotto, è completata da un modulo penisola con tavolo estraibile. Design lineare degli arredi rigorosamente made in Italy e tinte neutre per le pareti. Pavimentazione in plance di rovere africano massello verniciato bianco.
