Saltwater Kitchen & Bath StudioOne word - awkward. This room has 2 angled walls and needed to hold a freezer, washer & dryer plus storage and dog space/crate. We stacked the washer & dryer and used open shelving with baskets to help the space feel less crowded. The glass entry door with the decal adds a touch of fun!

EA Custom MillworkThis compact bathroom and laundry has all the amenities of a much larger space in a 5'-3" x 8'-6" footprint. We removed the 1980's bath and laundry, rebuilt the sagging structure, and reworked ventilation, electric and plumbing. The shower couldn't be smaller than 30" wide, and the 24" Miele washer and dryer required 28". The wall dividing shower and machines is solid plywood with tile and wall paneling.
Schluter system electric radiant heat and black octogon tile completed the floor. We worked closely with the homeowner, refining selections and coming up with several contingencies due to lead times and space constraints.

KC Home Solutions, LLCWall removal to open up the front sitting room and living room. The front sitting room was sunken and was barely being used by the family. We removed the wall and removed the sunken space. Set up a new main floor laundry/mud room next to the kitchen and garage entry, moving the laundry from the basement to the main floor. Custom built-in pantry and mudroom with storage over the new washer/dryer location. All new flooring on the first floor. Now they have a great entertainment space with room for a dining table as well as dedicated TV location.
