The London Gardener LtdWe were asked to design and plant the driveway and gardens surrounding a substantial period property in Cobham. Our Scandinavian clients wanted a soft and natural look to the planting. We used long flowering shrubs and perennials to extend the season of flower, and combined them with a mix of beautifully textured evergreen plants to give year-round structure. We also mixed in a range of grasses for movement which also give a more contemporary look.

Dig Your Garden Landscape DesignLagoon-side property in the Bel Marin Keys, Novato, CA. Plants featured: Phormium, Sedum rupestre 'Angelina', Fescue glauca, and other succuelnts in container. Entertaining and enjoying the views were a primary design goal for this project. The project includes a large camaru deck with built-in seating and contemporary planters filled with succulents, grasses and phormium, new zealand flax. The concrete steps and pavers lead down to the water's edge. I included a sunken patio on one side and a beautiful Buddha statue on the other, surrounded by succulents and other low-water, contemporary plantings.

The project includes a large camaru deck with built-in seating. The concrete steps and pavers lead down to the water's edge. I included a sunken patio on one side and a beautiful Buddha statue on the other, surrounded by succulents and other low-water, contemporary plantings. I also used Dymondia ground cover to create a natural pathways within the garden.
