Mike Farley Pool Designer, SWD, ASLAThis is a beautiful natural freeform pool and spa receltly on HGTV located in Dallas, TX. The big thing about this project that was unique was the trees. We were required to save all the trees. There are a lot of areas where the paving is not mortared together to allow moisture and air through to help the trees. There is a 6' elevation change that helps incorporate the boulders and waterfall into the hillside for a more natural look. There was an existing green house that was removed and the existing garage was turned it into a cabana/pool house with a covered area to relax in with furniture by the deep end of the pool. There is a big deep end for lots of activity along with a nice size shallow end for water sports, including basketball. The clients' wish list included a cave, slide, and waterfalls along with a firepit. The cave can comfortably sit 6 people and is cool in the hot Texas weather. We used pockets of plants around to soften things and break up all the rock to create a more natural look with the overall setting. A bridge was built between the pool and the spa to look like an illusion that the water is running from the pool down into the spa. 2013 APSP Region3 Bronze Award - Designed by Mike Farley. Perfect PoolsIndoor Swimming Pool built for a client in Fairfax, Virginia during pre-construction of their new house. We had to work hand and hand with the builder to make sure that this project turned out with the style and appearance that the client was looking for. Wall to wall windows, a custom ventilation system to make sure that the room stays mold free, custom drop down tv screen for movies, sports, and entertaining. The patio and coping is a walnut travertine. This entire space comes equipped with a sauna, indoor full kitchen, and full bathroom.
Bianchi DesignThis homeowner enlisted the architects help to co-create a backyard that was carefully designed after the style of Santa Fe, New Mexico-- his favorite place on Earth. So for the pool design, the backdrop walls have thickening masses to them reminiscing the style of Santa Fe.
It was important to capture for the lines of the pool to point to the pinnacle mountain vista in the backdrop. The pool overflows as a water feature into their back yard, like a sunken courtyard. It creates a tranquil sound for their backyard living space.

Ayers Hardscapes & Landscapes LLCWe built the deck, did the custom pavers and coping around the pool, outdoor fireplace and shower, grill area, retaining walls, unique patterns, stairs and stepping stones leading to batting cages and exits to wrought iron fences.
AquaTerra OutdoorsThis pool and spa is built in an affluent neighborhood with many new homes that are traditional in design but have modern, clean details. Similar to the homes, this pool takes a traditional pool and gives it a clean, modern twist. The site proved to be perfect for a long lap pool that the client desired with plenty of room for a separate spa. The two bodies of water, though separate, are visually linked together by a custom limestone raised water feature wall with 10 custom Bobe water scuppers.
Quality workmanship as required throughout the entire build to ensure the automatic pool cover would remain square the entire 50 foot length of the pool.
