STEPHEN FLETCHER ARCHITECTSOne of the real joys of this project was the restoration and refurbishment of the original staircase after many decades of subdivision.
This leads from the double-height entrance hall (with new mosaic flooring to match the original) to the top of the house, past a beautiful new stained glass window by Aldo Diana.

Obvious Flair Interior DesignRemodeled entry boasts a clean modern iron staircase, natural dramatic driftwood pendant light, unusual moss and succulent wall boxes with geodes and wine vines. Oversized natural daybed provides the perfect place to remove shoes or place a handbag when visiting. Not shown: Large metal and glass black pivot style front door.
Lori Dennis, ASID, LEED APA modern staircase that is both curved and u-shaped, with fluidly floating wood stair railing. Cascading glass teardrop chandelier hangs from the to of the 3rd floor.
In the distance is the formal living room with a stone facade fireplace and built in bookshelf.
Jennifer Butler DesignThe soaring space is enlivened by the exquisite, hand-blown Italian glass chandelier from Donghia. The green lamp is from John Richard, and the custom art by local artist Karin Nelson through Lafontsee Gallery. The custom wool rug is by Scott Group Studio.
