Craft.BuildersThis wine cellar holds 500 bottles in the 100 square foot climate controlled enclosure. It is fitted with its own HVAC system which holds a constant temperature and humidity level year round. The display panels were all custom fabricated for the space and assembled on site. You have a great view of the stunning display from the 12 foot solid slab bar. The bar houses a dishwasher, a 2-drawer refrigerator /freezer combo with ice maker, as well as some storage cabinets. The waterfall top is an absolute black granite with a honed finish. All of the cabinetry as well as the display panels were sprayed onsite. This is the conversation piece of the party!

An ornamental iron gate welcomes guests through a rustic stone hallway with recessed niches and reclaimed brick arched ceiling. An ante room with Venetian plaster walls and mahogany T&G ceiling, perfect for wine decanting and hors d'oeuvres, is adjacent to the wine cellar of Cambara Mahogany wine racking and millwork with soapstone counter. A large octagonal tasting room featuring walls of New England Fieldstone and a mahogany T&G ceiling accentuated with mahogany beams. Stunning!

Architectural Plastics, Inc.The prolific vintner Jean-Charles Boisset owns several wineries throughout the world; about half a dozen of them in the Napa and Sonoma counties. His unique style and attention to detail have made his wineries and tasting rooms some of the most frequented in California’s wine country.
Architectural Plastics has worked with Boisset to design and create bespoke pieces for several of his Northern California locations. This ongoing partnership has been a personal favorite of the Architectural Plastics design and fabrication team.
These acrylic tasting tables are made using thick gauges of clear acrylic, polished and glued together. The tops are hollow and secret openings allow them to be stuffed with gold foil and jewelry for the visitors to enjoy.

In order for the wine wall to recede we painted the surround the same color as the wall. The back of the wine wall refrigerator is a beautiful walnut finish that ties in with the color of the kitchen cabinetry. The hardware is streamlined and makes reaching for a bottle of your favorite Pino Noir a treat. The lighting is a soft beautiful glow to be enjoyed at any time of the day.

This fantastically designed wine cellar, courtesy of the master wine cellar builders at Vintage Cellars, is a unique representation of fun and bespoke features that can be incorporated into a traditional redwood, yet modern and bright wine cellar like this. The wine room draws you in from across the house, with its warm redwood tones and interesting wrought iron and glass door. Wine Cellar doors are often overlooked, but proper knowledge of door materials, glass specifications, threshold placement and hanging procedures are key to creating that perfect airtight room. Additionally, based on the location of your room within your home, the amount of glass in your wine cellar, and your location in the world, levels of cooling capacity need to be seriously considered.
Glass is a naturally poor insulator. Because there has been a very heavy push for "wine cellar art," "wine cellars as art," and wine cellars as a main design component within high end homes, glass wine cellars are often incorporated in high trafficked areas or spaces where each homeowner can show off their prized wines to friends in an almost showcase like display.
