Dig Your Garden Landscape DesignAPLD 2021 Silver Award Winning Landscape Design. Painted galvanized troughs used for vegetables in the side yard. An expansive back yard landscape with several mature oak trees and a stunning Golden Locust tree has been transformed into a welcoming outdoor retreat. The renovations include a wraparound deck, an expansive travertine natural stone patio, stairways and pathways along with concrete retaining walls and column accents with dramatic planters. The pathways meander throughout the landscape... some with travertine stepping stones and gravel and those below the majestic oaks left natural with fallen leaves. Raised vegetable beds and fruit trees occupy some of the sunniest areas of the landscape. A variety of low-water and low-maintenance plants for both sunny and shady areas include several succulents, grasses, CA natives and other site-appropriate Mediterranean plants complimented by a variety of boulders. Vahena Marsili InteriorsWhen they briefed us on this two-storey 110 m2 complete property renovation, our clients envisioned a clean and contemporary take on its 1960s framework with a warm and welcoming entrance foyer, open, bright and colourful entertaining spaces, and crisp and functional bathrooms.
The result is a spectacularly bright open space with southern lights seamlessly flowing across the lounge/dining and kitchen areas and unobstructed views of the wonderful natural surroundings of Pittville Park, beautifully landscaped gardens, and bright and beautiful interior spaces.
LandArtFrom plain lawn and spare planting to a stunning, functional garden perfect for entertaining family and friends. The garden is quite long, so we split the garden into two distinct zones, a south facing courtyard area and a garden area.
We planted over 300 plants in the garden beds and used a mature olive tree as the feature tree in the raised bed dividing the two garden zones.
For structure and height, five archways connect the two zones, and a pebble pathway leads to another patio and pergola. To hide the oil tank and clothesline, three Lazer cut decorative Corten Steel screens were used.

Plantology LtdMediterranean planting design for a modern house in Market Harborough. The brief was to provide an exciting planting scheme that required little maintenance and complimented the modern architecture of the home. We used a restricted pallette of mauves, blues, purples punctuated by a contrasting pink. In the foreground silver mounds of Artemisia Powis Castle and Festuca glauca provide a year round base which the taller perennials to emerge from.
Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLCA series of L-shaped raised planters define the vegetable and herb garden. Set within an cottage garden, the planters combine, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Espalier apples and pears are trained along the fence line.

Karl Harrison Landscapes LtdGarden Makeover Using Millboard in Harefield
This garden had been used until it couldn’t really be used anymore. The pine decking was falling apart and really wasn’t safe. The clients called Karl in to help make the garden a usable space that could be enjoyed again.
Starting by clearing the garden which took 3 eight-yard skips. The team then used an excavator to define the elevation differences. Now the team had space to build a new deck. The client chose Millboard Limed Oak decking because they liked the colour and natural texture. The step on this deck also has a hidden LED strip routed into the underside of the board. This is controlled via a remote that also controls the water feature and various garden spotlights.
The team also installed a new fake lawn so George the tortoise has a space to wander around that is separate from the decking area.
The clients keep a range of animals in their garden including some rabbits and guinea pigs that dwell in hutches. To help make these hutches more a part of the garden the team moved them to the back left corner. The client used Cranesbill purple geraniums and Athyrium Ferns to help disguise the area.
