Twisted Rock Terrascape & Design, Inc.Our client hired us to renovate their yard that had an old patio that was installed incorrectly years previous. They wanted as maintenance free as possible but with a definite budget in mind. Lastly, they wanted to begin to grow a lot of vegetables at home and therefore wanted some raised cedar planters to suit their needs. We utilized rundle for the bedding areas and concrete edges for ease of maintaining the property in their retirement years. Great project!!

Twisted Rock Terrascape & Design, Inc.Our client contracted us to design and build a functional and interesting water front project that had to be family friendly!! They wanted a cozy fire pit area that also contained a 3 piece natural rock bubbler. They also wanted a spa area with lounger space for sunbathing as well as a beach area for sandcastles and beach toy storage. No expense was spared with a custom pergola, natural rock retaining and steps as well as landscape lighting and well placed trees and shrubs. Concrete edge and aggregate beds make for a low maintenance dream yard!!

Utilizing natural rock and rundle for bedding as well as some bullet-proof plantings this project has great curb appeal and is easy to maintain. Mowers edge makes cutting the grass easy and all the plantings are contained within buttoned up beds. Landscape lighting and accent boulders add to the dramatic scape. PS, the little tree in the front out by the street was planted by the developer and has since been removed.

A blend of small blackstar gravel, large, chunky blackstar gravel, and turf come together with a definitive border of metal edge, adding contrast and visual interest in the hardscape. The smaller blackstar gravel area acts as a wonderful overflow parking area, and the size of the gravel allows for effective mulching and spread of these new plantings. Twisted Rock Terrascape & Design, Inc.The goal of this project was to provide privacy for a gas fire pit area in the back yard and to create a nice and clean look that was relatively easy to maintain while providing great curb appeal. We built a cedar privacy screen with contemporary lines and ran the gas line to a Rundle fire pit area that had the potential to upgrade to a paver patio in the future if desired. We finished with trenched downspouts, concrete edge, an engraved address rock and natural stone steps down the walkout.
