In the case of the Ivy Lane residence, the al fresco lifestyle defines the design, with a sun-drenched private courtyard and swimming pool demanding regular outdoor entertainment. By turning its back to the street and welcoming northern views, this courtyard-centred home invites guests to experience an exciting new version of its physical location. A social lifestyle is also reflected through the interior living spaces, led by the sunken lounge, complete with polished concrete finishes and custom-designed seating. The kitchen, additional living areas and bedroom wings then open onto the central courtyard space, completing a sanctuary of sheltered, social living.

A fresh modern take on mediterranean style with fresh blue in the floor rug, cushions and accessories. A slab style coffee table in ceramic marble sets off a collection of hand made glass vases and beads. Relaxed and sophisticated.

Un salon complètement métamorphosé ! Qui aurait cru qu'en supprimant un simple mur, on pouvait créer un espace de vie aussi lumineux et spacieux ? Cette transformation incroyable a permis de réunir séjour et cuisine, créant un open-space idéal pour recevoir. Pour ce projet, commandé par une agence immobilière partenaire, la modélisation a permis de visualiser la transformation de la pièce à vivre après la destruction de la cloison entre le séjour et la cuisine, donnant naissance à un grand espace de plus de 30m². Cet appartement disposait d'une grande cuisine en longueur, mais le séjour paraissait restreint en raison des espaces de circulation trop importants. Il a suffi d'agrandir le mur entre le séjour et le couloir pour gagner en surface de salon. La grande télévision est dissimulée derrière des tableaux pivotants. Une banquette spacieuse a été installée. Une verrière fixe a été posée pour apporter la luminosité de la chambre adjacente au séjour, tandis qu'un claustra sépare visuellement le séjour du couloir, tout en conservant une sensation d'espace.

Lorsqu’on ne peut pas pousser les murs, il faut optimiser tous les espaces ! C’est ce que nous avons fait afin de répondre à toutes les demandes des clients du projet Agora. En travaillant autour des contraintes présentées par le plan (beaucoup d’angles différents, les murs de façades en pseudo-arrondi, plusieurs poutres IPN, dalle de plafond en béton, hauteur sous plafond réduite), nous avons opté pour le déplacement de la cuisine dans la pièce de vie, et la création d’un îlot central à la fois table de cuisson, rangement, et table de petit-déjeuner. Côté salon, nous avons joué sur les angles de la pièce pour réorganiser le coin TV autour d’un coffrage abritant branchements, câbles et une petite niche pour les appareils. Parti pris esthétique assumé, ce coffrage a été peint en bleu Santorin et habillé d’un panneau de bois Woodupp apportant une petite touche de chaleur.

The experience was designed to begin as residents approach the development, we were asked to evoke the Art Deco history of local Paddington Station which starts with a contrast chevron patterned floor leading residents through the entrance. This architectural statement becomes a bold focal point, complementing the scale of the lobbies double height spaces. Brass metal work is layered throughout the space, adding touches of luxury, en-keeping with the development. This starts on entry, announcing ‘Paddington Exchange’ inset within the floor. Subtle and contemporary vertical polished plaster detailing also accentuates the double-height arrival points . A series of black and bronze pendant lights sit in a crossed pattern to mirror the playful flooring. The central concierge desk has curves referencing Art Deco architecture, as well as elements of train and automobile design. Completed at HLM Architects

Agencement du salon d'un appartement en région parisienne. L'objectif de ce projet était de transformer la pièce principale de l'appartement. Notre réponse a été de concevoir un agencement intégrant les différentes fonctions des meubles que nous remplacions (bureau, dressing, rangements, bibliothèque, etc.) en jouant avec les volumes, les profondeurs, les pleins, les vides afin de rendre l'ensemble harmonieux. Les dimensions, la couleur et les points lumineux s'intègrent parfaitement dans cet espace et valorise la pièce à vivre. Before your kitchen cabinetry and appliances can be installed, you’ll need to lay your flooring. Fitting of your new kitchen should then take up to four weeks. After the cabinets have been fitted, your kitchen company will template the worktops, which should take around two weeks. In the meantime, you can paint the walls and add fixtures and lighting. Then, once the worktops are in place, you’re done! This magnificent kitchen extension has been done in South Wimbledon where we have been contracted to install the polished concrete flooring in the Teide colour in the satin finishing.

Timber slat wall hides pool pumps and equipment, and provides for a vertical wall and pool seating/storage units. Indoor plants and colorful artwork make this a great place to be, in summer and winter, day or night.
