While the hallway has an all white treatment for walls, doors and ceilings, in the Living Room darker surfaces and finishes are chosen to create an effect that is highly evocative of past centuries, linking new and old with a poetic approach. The dark grey concrete floor is a paired with traditional but luxurious Tadelakt Moroccan plaster, chose for its uneven and natural texture as well as beautiful earthy hues.

A palette of raw yet warm materials- brick, concrete, limewash paint and oak joinery- bring the internal aesthetics of this project together to create a refined yet comfortable dwelling. Coffered detailing within the skylights introduces creative natural light whilst maintaining privacy, and varying floor levels introduce hierarchy and architectural interest across the property.

We've used the same copper to clad the kitchen cabinet doors, bringing out the texture of the Calacatta viola marble worktop and backsplash. Finally, iconic pieces of furniture by major designers help elevate this unique space, giving it an added touch of glamour.
