Water damage VCT Tile

Marica 7 high Sierra's Ca 4,000ft

Armstrong 12" x 12" VCT Tile

Base layer dissolved. Sub floor fine. Color off because sealed so crumbles would stop tracking around. Thought to pour one or both of these products to level space and replace tiles.

S-194 Patch Underlayment & Embossing Leveler and S-195 Underlayment Additive. Any suggestions?

    Hello, it looks like it's a particle board subfloor. In which case I would have demoed the entire floor and installed either a floating floor or installed 1/4" plywood (or thicker if needed) and installed a new glue down floor. I wouldn't self level over old VCT that's over wood.
