Barn to a Home - Modern Farmhouse
Keeping the natural angles and nutty color palette of the original barn, this renovated kitchen is filled with an array of unique touches that combine into a bold design. Gothic chandeliers and exposed beams mold antiquity with the modern. We added lots of seating for gathering family and friends, and drew inspiration for the cabinetry and countertops from the weathered floorboards and original wood posts. The design breathes warmth and elegant comfort all the way from the kitchen to the full and partial baths, which also favor natural tones and comforting, relaxed curves.
