Die Fassade ist mit Kanthölzern strukturiert, in die sich die Fenster und Öffnungen einpassen.

paragesLa VILLA 01 se situe sur un site très atypique de 5m de large et de 100m de long. La maison se développe sur deux étages autour d'un patio central permettant d'apporter la lumière naturelle au cœur de l'habitat. Dessinée en séquences, l'ensemble des espaces servants (gaines réseaux, escaliers, WC, buanderies...) se concentre le long du mitoyen afin de libérer la perspective d'un bout à l'autre de la maison.

Our design goals were to invoke a sense of travel while simultaneously cultivating a homely and inviting ambience. This project reflects our commitment to crafting spaces seamlessly blending luxury with functionality.
Our clients, who are experienced builders, constructed their European villa-style home years ago on a stunning lakefront property. The meticulous attention to design is evident throughout this expansive residence and includes plenty of outdoor seating options for delightful entertaining.

G.B. Construction and Development, Inc.This family expanded their living space with a new family room extension with a large bathroom and a laundry room. The new roomy family room has reclaimed beams on the ceiling, porcelain wood look flooring and a wood burning fireplace with a stone facade going straight up the cathedral ceiling. The fireplace hearth is raised with the TV mounted over the reclaimed wood mantle. The new bathroom is larger than the existing was with light and airy porcelain tile that looks like marble without the maintenance hassle. The unique stall shower and platform tub combination is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a clear glass shower door and partition. The trough drain located near the tub platform keep the water from flowing past the curbless entry. Complimenting the light and airy feel of the new bathroom is a white vanity with a light gray quartz top and light gray paint on the walls. To complete this new addition to the home we added a laundry room complete with plenty of additional storage and stackable washer and dryer.
Connecticut Roofcrafters LlcChimney flashing and roof ridge vent detail on this new architectural asphalt roof installation on an historic North Branford, Connecticut residence. The main home features a box gable roof, which connects under a shed roof at the rear of the home to an open gable garage with the same roof proportions. After removing the previous roof down to the decking, we covered this roof with a continuous CertainTeed ice and water underlayment membrane. We then installed 3,000 square feet of CertainTeed Landmark architectural asphalt shingles in Charcoal Black. The job was topped off with a ridge vent on the primary residence and copper protrusion flashing.

Connecticut Roofcrafters LlcDetail on two of the front dormers; part of a new Western Red Cedar perfection shingles roof we put on this expansive and intricate New Canaan, CT residence. This installation involved numerous dormers, valleys and protrusions, and over 8,000 square feet of copper chromated arsenate-treated cedar.
