Jack’s Point is Horizon Homes' new display home at the HomeQuest Village in Bella Vista in Sydney. Inspired by architectural designs seen on a trip to New Zealand, we wanted to create a contemporary home that would sit comfortably in the streetscapes of the established neighbourhoods we regularly build in. The gable roofline is bold and dramatic, but pairs well if built next to a traditional Australian home. Throughout the house, the design plays with contemporary and traditional finishes, creating a timeless family home that functions well for the modern family. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious dining, family lounge and kitchen (with butler’s pantry) leading onto a large, undercover alfresco and pool entertainment area. A real feature of the home is the magnificent staircase and screen, which defines a formal lounge area. There’s also a wine room, guest bedroom and, of course, a bathroom, laundry and mudroom. The display home has a further four family bedrooms upstairs – the primary has a luxurious walk-in robe, en suite bathroom and a private balcony. There’s also a private upper lounge – a perfect place to relax with a book. Like all of our custom designs, the display home was designed to maximise quality light, airflow and space for the block it was built on. Nos clients ont fait l'acquisition de ce 135 m² afin d'y loger leur future famille. Le couple avait une certaine vision de leur intérieur idéal : de grands espaces de vie et de nombreux rangements. ⁠ ⁠ Nos équipes ont donc traduit cette vision physiquement. Ainsi, l'appartement s'ouvre sur une entrée intemporelle où se dresse un meuble Ikea et une niche boisée. Éléments parfaits pour habiller le couloir et y ranger des éléments sans l'encombrer d'éléments extérieurs.⁠ ⁠ Les pièces de vie baignent dans la lumière. Au fond, il y a la cuisine, située à la place d'une ancienne chambre. Elle détonne de par sa singularité : un look contemporain avec ses façades grises et ses finitions en laiton sur fond de papier au style anglais. ⁠ ⁠ Les rangements de la cuisine s'invitent jusqu'au premier salon comme un trait d'union parfait entre les 2 pièces. ⁠ ⁠ Derrière une verrière coulissante, on trouve le 2e salon, lieu de détente ultime avec sa bibliothèque-meuble télé conçue sur-mesure par nos équipes. ⁠ ⁠ Enfin, les SDB sont un exemple de notre savoir-faire ! Il y a celle destinée aux enfants : spacieuse, chaleureuse avec sa baignoire ovale. Et celle des parents : compacte et aux traits plus masculins avec ses touches de noir.

This eclectic living room is a bold celebration of character, creativity, and contrast. Bursting with personality, the space is layered with an array of unusual objects and sculptural furniture pieces, each with its own story and form. Colourful artwork energises the walls, while decorative items—collected, curated, and unexpected—fill every corner with charm and intrigue. At the heart of the room, two large green sofas face one another, anchoring the space with comfort and presence. Between them sits a custom-made marble coffee table—an elegant centrepiece with natural veining that adds depth and texture. A standout feature is the bespoke fireplace, designed in-house. With stepped marble detailing and a refined brass border, it blends contemporary craftsmanship with timeless materiality. The original Victorian detailing of the home remains intact, lovingly preserved and repainted to revive its classical beauty. The overall atmosphere is playful, fresh, and full of life—a confident mix of old and new, where historical charm meets bold artistic expression.

Création d’un grand appartement familial avec espace parental et son studio indépendant suite à la réunion de deux lots. Une rénovation importante est effectuée et l’ensemble des espaces est restructuré et optimisé avec de nombreux rangements sur mesure. Les espaces sont ouverts au maximum pour favoriser la vue vers l’extérieur.
