Vad ska jag ha för träningsredskap i mitt hemmagym?

Det är givetvis individuellt, beroende på hur du gillar att träna och så vidare. Ett tips om du gillar maskiner är att köpa en multigym du kan använda för att träna många olika muskelgrupper. Bra för plånboken och du kan använda utrymmet i ditt gym hemma mer effektivt. Det finns gott om multigym, träningsmaskiner och träningsredskap för hemmagym, men att hitta rätt maskin kan vara klurigt, så ta kontakt med din återförsäljare och berätta vad du tänker dig så kan de säkert hjälpa dig. Många uppskattar också att ha ett löpband eller en crosstrainer för träning och fitness hemma. Vill du styrketräna hemma med fria vikter som hantlar och skivstång är det betydligt lättare att hitta träningsredskap som passar styrketräning.

Vad finns det för fördelar med att ha ett hem-gym?

Att gymma hemma har många fördelar. När du har ett gym i hemmet slipper du köpa gymkort, du behöver inte ta dig till gymmet och du kan gymma när du vill – även sena kvällar på röda dagar. Vilken lyx!
