Cabinet-S-TopPrior to this major kitchen remodel, the space was very dark and crowded, and did not function in a way that worked for our customers. The kitchen was completely gutted, flooring and soffits were removed, and all electrical in the kitchen reworked and brought up to code. The customers enjoy large family gatherings, so it was very important for them to have a portable island that could also be secured with brakes.

Custom Design & ConstructionWe were honored to be asked by this recently retired aerospace employee and soon to be retired physician’s assistant to design and remodel their kitchen and dining area. Since they love to cook – they felt that it was time for them to get their dream kitchen. They knew that they wanted a traditional style complete with glazed cabinets and oil rubbed bronze hardware. Also important to them were full height cabinets. In order to get them we had to remove the soffits from the ceiling. Also full height is the glass backsplash. To create a kitchen designed for a chef you need a commercial free standing range but you also need a lot of pantry space. There is a dual pull out pantry with wire baskets to ensure that the homeowners can store all of their ingredients. The new floor is a caramel bamboo.

UserTraditional from head to toe, this expansive kitchen boasts off white cabinetry with accents of polished nickel. White calacatta counter tops add a touch of luxurious while the stainless steel range speaks on behalf of the serious cook. Function in mind, a main sink and prep sink cater to the chef while integrated spice racks flank the 60" range, and refrigerator/freezer are concealed behind custom doors. An area to enjoy cooking and a good glass of wine display personal touches with a bookshelf, glass uppers for heirlooms, and two beautiful chandeliers.
America Green BuildersThis house had a large water damage and black mold in the bathroom and kitchen area for years and no one took care of it. When we first came in we called a remediation company to remove the black mold and to keep the place safe for the owner and her children. After remediation process was done we start complete demolition process to the kitchen, bathroom, and floors around the house. we rewired the whole house and upgraded the panel box to 200amp. installed R38 insulation in the attic. replaced the AC and upgraded to 3.5 tons. Replaced the entire floors with laminate floors. open up the wall between the living room and the kitchen, creating open space. painting the interior house. installing new kitchen cabinets and counter top. installing appliances. Remodel the bathroom completely. Remodel the front yard and installing artificial grass and river stones. painting the front and side walls of the house. replacing the roof completely with cool roof asphalt shingles.
Medford RemodelingNew lighting plays a big role in the fresh appearance of this kitchen. Strategically placed can lights, combined with under and over cabinet LED lights and a decorative pendant over the sink provide for a shadow-less environment – ideal for safe cooking and meal prep. Another neat feature is that the under and over cabinet LEDs were installed on separate switches, so they can either be used together as task lighting, or alone, as decorative ambient lighting.
