Idéer för att renovera en mellanstor lantlig hall, med vita väggar och mellanmörkt trägolv
Annette McCleery Building Design
Wainscot boards from stair well continue on upper level hall. Traffic route for people and dogs from back door. Very durable and easy to wipe down.
Sidelights flank cased opening between back hall and laundry.

Clients were thinking of selling their home and building a farmhouse but hired me instead to give their home a modern farmhouse feel. I had all rooms re-painted a neutral light warm grey/beige color. Had backsplash in kitchen re-tiled in a glazed grey 10"x3" tile with a dark charcoal grout. We painted the hood and fireplace mantel a charcoal as well to complement. I refinished the armoire in the foyer, the cabinets in the office as well as the desk, all to bring in the farmhouse feel. Brought in several cowhide pattern rugs to bring in the natural elements and to tie in the existing furnishings. Put together custom black and white canvas artwork to pull in a little character. Replaced the chandeliers over the island and kitchen table with rustic wood elements to give more of a rustic look into the home. Replaced and or repainted the lamps and artwork throughout to pull the look together. Completed transformed the look and feel of the home from traditional to modern farmhouse. The clients can now enjoy their farmhouse without having to move away from their home!

Homes by Gerbus
Designed and built in Butler County, this home sits picturesquely on 2 acres right next door to the home that the homeowner grew up in. Now owned by the owner's brother, the land is part of the 100+ acre farm that was once owned by the owner's grandparents. And the story just continues to get sweeter as the owner's nephew lives in the over 100-year-old farmhouse! Of the 100 original acres, 83 of the acres and the original farmhouse have been donated to the Three Valley Conservation Trust and will eventually be turned over to MetroParks of Butler County for a conservation easement and nature preserve.
Wallure
Our American customer used Striped - Walnut - Narrow - Split - Natural panels for this project. They decorated the wall with our panels in the living room and corridors.
