ДубовоДеревянная лестница из бука для передачи "Дачный Ответ" телеканала НТВ в небольшой дачный домик. В этом домике регулярно проживала пара пенсионеров, и им было физически трудно подниматься по старой лестнице из дерева с крутым наклоном. Поэтому для них мы разработали такую изогнутую легкую конструкцию лестницы без подступенков на опорных столбах. Старая лестница раньше занимала большую часть комнаты, а теперь с новой лестницей на второй этаж можно спокойно ходить под ней. Проект реализован в феврале 2019 года. Стоимость этой лестницы была 550 тыс.руб.

Century Stair CompanyChallenging space constraints and owners desire for a sleek and sturdy staircase became the inspirational requirements for a very custom staircase featuring no risers, 2" thick oak treads with 4" nose drops, 2 solid stringers, and horizontal metal balusters with a modern oak rail profile. Instead of creating a traditional landing pad at the corner, the first two steps were designed as winders of trapezoid shape (they require less space within code) and the remaining steps were designed as rectangular steps to fit the narrow space. The Galante Architecture Studio, Inc.Historic versions of the original architect’s drawings were found in the Boston Public Library. This allowed original concepts to be reinterpreted for the new design. In the main living space, bamboo floors cascade down the stair, and provide a light contrast to rich mahogany. Mahogany details link each floor by connecting handrail to mantelpiece to cabinets. We researched ship and train bathrooms to figure out how to insert a full bath in this tiny space. Here the body became a unit of measure. The addition of translucent laminated glass walls encloses the room. The glass walls provide privacy, but keep the adjacent bedroom open.

Spin DesignA vibrant orange feature wall gracefully extends from the entryway, spanning all the way to the base of the hallway. This bold infusion of color adds a refreshing and playful touch to the space. To create a harmonious balance and highlight the feature wall, Resene Back White was elegantly applied to the scotias, architraves, and skirts. As a complementary contrast, Resene Half Ash was chosen for the opposite side, adding depth and visual interest to the overall composition. The re-use of this feature color was a must for the clients and brought a sense of familiarity.
To complete the transformation, Quick Step flooring was selected, enhancing the staircase and hallway. This flooring not only adds a touch of sophistication but also offers ease of maintenance, ensuring a clean and pristine appearance throughout the area.
