Custom Design & ConstructionOur homeowner approached us first in order to remodel her master suite. Her shower was leaking and she wanted to turn 2 separate closets into one enviable walk in closet. This homeowners projects have been completed in multiple phases. The second phase was focused on the kitchen, laundry room and converting the dining room to an office. Bedroom: The art on the wall is a piece that the homeowner brought back from a trip to France. The room feels luxe and romantic.
Walk in Closet: The walk in closet features built in cabinetry including glass doored cabinets. It offer shoe storage, purse storage and even linens. The walk in closet has recessed lighting.
Master Bathroom: The master bathroom offers a make-up desk and plenty of lights and mirrors! Utilizing both pendant and recessed lighting, the bathroom feels bright and white even though it is a combination of white and beige. The white shaker cabinets are contrasted by a dark granite countertop. Favoring a large shower over a tub we were able to include a large niche for storage. The tile and floor are both limestone.
Larisa McShane & AssociatesThe master bedroom was enlarged and closet space added. The sage green color scheme lightens the space. Oak floors were refinished a deep black for contrast.

Brittany Stiles DesignBuilt on Frank Sinatra’s estate, this custom home was designed to be a fun and relaxing weekend retreat for our clients who live full time in Orange County. As a second home and playing up the mid-century vibe ubiquitous in the desert, we departed from our clients’ more traditional style to create a modern and unique space with the feel of a boutique hotel. Classic mid-century materials were used for the architectural elements and hard surfaces of the home such as walnut flooring and cabinetry, terrazzo stone and straight set brick walls, while the furnishings are a more eclectic take on modern style. We paid homage to “Old Blue Eyes” by hanging a 6’ tall image of his mug shot in the entry.

Home by HattanThis was designed for a boy who loves to play and watch hockey. Bedding by Pottery Barn. We used his old hockey sticks, ordered a Stanley Cup lamp, and even chose a modern chair that resembles a hockey puck. Cure Design GroupWe completely changed to a neutral wall color but added a little whimsy to the desk nook with a high gloss bright pink. The bed was switched to an iron bed to change up the upholstered beds in the other 2 girls‘ rooms and then we added in the rustic nightstands and wood tiled dresser to complete the design. Added in a bright chevron print rug, modern wing chair in a vibrant pink, added textured window treatments and the makeover was amazing!!! The space looks so much larger and more functional.
Pineapple House Interior DesignRuffles update the teen girl's bedroom because of their unexpected circular overlapping pattern on the bedding. The shams bring another layer of ruffle into play, as does the crinoline in the chair's accent pillow. The mirrored dressers and gothic mirrors over the pieces help expand and brighten the room.

Simply Home DecoratingThe small master bedroom in this 1950's era home lacked character as well as space so we added some molding detail to the focal wall behind the bed and kept furniture to a minimum, replacing the closet and dressers with built-in cabinetry along one wall. The black painted furniture provides a strong masculine foundation that is softened with a pretty chandelier, delicate hardware and deep coral velvet cushions that can be changed out with the seasons.
