Goldleaf and Blossom Artwork
A pair of canvases - each measuring 1m x 1m. Covered with gold leaf panels and hand painted in acrylics. One has pink cherry blossom, and the other is lilac. Created to evoke a Chinoiserie aesthetic. My client wanted these paintings to be on each side of her dining room. She tells me that the gold provides a wonderful ever-changing glow in the room dependant on the light.
