The ultra Feng Shui estate has reportedly sold for the highest price in Scarborough Bluffs history! This custom staircase could blend any better with the surrounding space. Our stringers and risers were positioned inwards more than typical in order to bring emphasis to a side overhanging tread profile. Inside the staircase is wiring which has been built in for LED lighting on every second tread.
The treads are of Walnut materials at a solid 1-3/4" thickness of only the finest selected boards. This staircase is a prime example of how staircases are truly a focal point in any home.
