Luxury Condo
This luxury condominium has a unique chevron shaped space. The soffit and even the floor tile pattern reflect the room's angled wall. The owners chose a custom paint color (a very light cool gray) in a matte finish from Crystal Cabinet Works. A rich gray/white/rose hued granite is super rich looking. The original old maple builder cabinets had no wow factor at all. Now the kitchen complements the rest of the home and the building. Originally there was an awkward pantry and a lot of dead space on the fridge side of the room. Now there is an efficient pull-out pantry cabinet and an open bookshelf. The right size fridge makes it all possible. Other features include a custom built-in wine rack, horizontal cabinet doors and a wrap around breakfast bar to take in the downtown view.
