This antique washstand was modified to accept the Vessel basin and Antique style tap, particular attention was paid to ensure that there are no visible pipes for feeds to the tap or the waste from the basin, the basin trap is located in the wall and is accessed through an inspection hatch. Both drawers still operate in the washstand, giving some storage at the basin, the wall lamps are operated by infrared sensor similar to the type you get on mirror cabinets. the Towel warmer feed pipes are also located in the wall, this provides a much neater finish and keeps the floor clear, making cleaning easier.
