This project was truly fun. We decided to go over the top with a modern remodel and addition, tapping into the strong community of buyers for modern homes. The house itself was modest in size, however, the amount of detail into the finishes, sold the house before it was done. You’ll notice the amount of steel used was extensive, we even sand blasted and surfaced rusted the main electrical panel to a unique patina finish. No detail left out
