Baskets and hats, all in straw, bamboo and other natural materials, help create a soft landing in this cozy cottage master bedroom. The wall hangings counterpoint the angularity of the wood ceiling, painted a soft white to add a sense of space. Jane finds no need for matching side tables as long as there’s some repetition (see the lamps) to keep the flow.
