GREEN IS THE NEW BLACK
When Interior decorator and artist Luiza Mjeda-Beg laid her eyes on this brand new Reva apartment on Harper Terrace, South Perth , she immediately fell in love with the large windows that brought in uninterrupted views of Perth city skyline and Swan river . She then created a complete fitout proposal for her clients with MODERN CONTEMPORARY TRIBAL LUXE as the main style guide. Using natural materials like hessian, wool and dark wood intertwined with shiny brass elements created this serene but opulent looking interior.
The centre of the stage is this custom made velvet sofa in olive green, which is the colour that subtly connects the whole space. And the playfulness of tribal pattern is visible in the unique wall art that she painted for each room.
