Remodel and Addition--Suburban Renewal
Architect, Paul Gaiser eliminated a breezeway that had separated the garage and the kitchen, making the space wide enough to accommodate the kitchen island his clients wanted. He channeled the skylight through the attic to the back roof, to avoid interrupting the clean front roofline.He created a bowed-out window with window seat per the owners' request. All new cabinetry, a Viking stove, granite countertops, and a spacious island round out the amenities that made the kitchen a vast improvement over the former galley one.
