TS4 Living Lochiel Park House #3
This is the third home to be developed at Lochiel Park Green Village by TS4 Living, the team behind Australia’s first designed and built Zero Carbon House (winner of the SA Government Zero Carbon Challenge) and demonstrates what is possible on a small suburban site of only 375 square meters.
The affordable duo tone custom kitchen has a large uPVC double glazed window as a splashback which due to the deep heavily insulated walls is some 300mm from the cooking area. The South facing windows allows for ample natural light to enter the kitchen which traditionally would usually have a solid surface behind.
