Upmarket West London rental property modernised - Kensington West
Red Box were called in to update and modernise a 2 bedroom apartment at Kensington West. The property hadn't had an update for almost 20 years so we managed and organised the full renovation.
The work took three months and involved the installation of two new fully tiled bathrooms and a cloakroom / washroom. A Howdens kitchen with Miele appliances. Wooden flooring by The Natural Wood Floor Company and sound insulation as requested by the building management. New lighting and electrical fittings were installed as well as interlinked fire and COO detection system.
