Le pareti blu con riquadri tipo boiserie non riducono la sua luminosità. Il calorifero dello stesso colore è stato collocato in nicchia, a fianco della libreria.

La parete che divide la stanza da letto con il soggiorno diventa una libreria attrezzata. I pannelli scorrevoli a listelli creano diverse configurazioni: nascondono il televisore, aprono o chiudono l'accesso al ripostiglio ed alla zona notte.

Rénovation complète de ce T2 de 60m2 avec vue panoramique sur la mer. Pour les propriétaires de cette résidence secondaire, l'enjeu était de se sentir en vacances en passant la porte et de maximiser les couchages et les rangements dans ce logement restreint. Les menuiseries sur mesure nous ont aidé à optimiser les volumes et à proposer des solutions parfaitement intégrées au projet. L'estrade asymétrique conçue au centre de la pièce de vie nous permet de de garder un oeil sur l'environnement tout en structurant les différentes zones de l'appartement. This is the 'comfy lounge' - in contrast to the family room this one is calm, it is peaceful and it is not a place for toys! The neutral tones and textures in here are a delight and the colour is subtle, shaded and tonal rather than bold and pop like. You can kick of your shoes and grab a cuppa in here thats for sure.

Cet appartement se situe sur les deux derniers étages d’un ancien hôtel particulier avec des vues incroyables sur les toits et les monuments de Paris. C’est donc un duplex de 220 m2 avec un grand espace de réception décloisonné et plusieurs chambres et salles de bain. Les clients ayant beaucoup résidé à l’étranger souhaitaient s’installer définitivement dans ce bel appartement. Pour cela il fallait le refaire à leur goût en collant à leur style de vie. Les enfants de ce couple sont grands, ils commencent eux-même à avoir des enfants. Certains habitent à l’étranger et il était important qu’il y ait un espace pour recevoir enfants et petits enfants confortablement. Nous avons respecté le style et les contraintes du bâtiment. Les anciens propriétaires avaient créé des pièces consécutives dans l’espace vie/convivialité et les clients préféraient ouvrir au maximum. Nous avons refait de nombreux éléments dans les règles de l’art, et notamment les moulures en staff, les vitraux à l’ancienne, la cheminée du salon qui avait été détruite ainsi que les parquets en très mauvais état. Toutes les fenêtres de l’appartement ont été changées en respectant le style de l’existant. Cheminée entièrement refaite à l’ancienne, menuiserie sur mesure en mdf peint et en placage chêne naturel, électrification LED des menuiseries, volets intérieurs en bois à panneaux sur fenêtres gueule de loup à l’ancienne. Vitraux entièrement refaits, moulures staff reprises entièrement... Tout le soin a été apporté à cette belle rénovation pour un résultat optimal. The brief for this project was to create a multifunctional space that included a kitchen, dining and living area. The property did not benefit from a large garden so it was important that the depth of the extension did not significantly compromise the outdoor space. We therefore extended the kitchen into the rear reception room, which created a much larger open planned area and allowed for the installation of a small WC. Open planning the kitchen to the rear reception room also provided this area with some much need natural light via the skylights and doors in the new extension. The fact the extension was not excessively deep enabled us to obtain planning permission for a good external wall height, which is complimented internally by the vaulted ceiling. The back of the extension has been finished with a large set of slim profile sliding doors, providing uninterrupted views of the beautifully designed garden. The final result is a light and airy space which accommodates the kitchen, living and dining areas that the client required.

The living room at our Crouch End apartment project, creating a chic, cosy space to relax and entertain. A soft powder blue adorns the walls in a room that is flooded with natural light. Brass clad shelves bring a considered attention to detail, with contemporary fixtures contrasted with a traditional sofa shape.

Sally was asked to design and oversee the complete refurbishment of this stunning yet poorly converted one bedroom apartment set in a handsome period mansion block on the outskirts of Covent Garden in Central London. Enormously high ceilings give this apartment a New York lofty feel while large original windows flood the space with natural light. Sally discovered that original windows and decorative pillars had been boarded up and so immediately set about reinstating these unique period features. A streamlined kitchen with expansive lightly veined worktops and contemporary oak cabinetry was designed to compliment a classic oak parquet floor, giving the apartment a light, contemporary and natural feel. Rich tones of walnut, brushed brass, shades of tobacco and forest green leather, chocolate velvet and earthy linens were all added to create a layered and eclectic palette set against a backdrop of atmospheric teal and interesting off-beat light fittings.

Un elegante soggiorno moderno con un ampia finestra offre una vista spettacolare su lago di Como e sulle montagne. Lo spazio, arredato con tonalità neutre di bianco e grigio, è diviso in una zona salotto con divano curvo e poltrona con poggiapiedi e una zona pranzo con tavolo rotondo sormontato da una lampada dal design contemporaneo . Il soffitto con travi a vista in legno chiaro e un parquet in rovere con quadrotte decorate aggiungono un tocco di calore e tradizione all'ambiente moderno. A natural material palette, accented with pops of colour, keeps the space warm and inviting, while slatted panels enhance acoustic comfort in this open-plan setting.

La bibliothèque s’étire le long du mur, offrant un refuge aux amateurs de vinyles. Le chêne texturé situé dans le fond des niches apporte de la profondeur et élargit le séjour baigné de lumière naturelle.
