We have completed a full house renovation of a terraced house located in Islington. This client led design has resulted in a complete and very bespoke refurbishment including bathroom, cloakroom, custom kitchen, two bedrooms, living room and entry hall. The transformation has been incredible and a dated and forgotten property has gained not only a new lease of life, but also quite considerable market value.

Nel soggiorno è stato ricavato un piccolo angolo cottura. L'ambiente è caratterizzato da una struttura in cartongesso, studiata per rispondere alle esigenze dei committenti: avere una libreria scenografica, una nicchia per allogiare un pezzo di antiquariato, che attualmente non è ancora stato ricollocato nell'ambiente e un comodo guardaroba chiuso. Il risultato è un nuovo corpo diagonale, sartremato in prossimità della porta di ingresso, che trova la massima ampiezza accanto alla porta verso il corridoio, plasmato con operazioni di sottrazione di volume, accentuate dalla scelta dei colori a contrasto tra volume e parti sottratte.

le séjour est orienté sur la rue et plein sud, sous la mezzanine. Le papier-peint panoramique été adapté sur-mesure pour habiller la hauteur sous plafond de 4 mètres et le dessous de la mezzanine. Pour un effet de symétrie, un carré chocolat a été peint de l'autre côté d cela mezzanine, pour séparer la zone escalier et coin bureau.

Komplet stueindretning i en kombineret Nordic marrakech stil med et varmt og tropisk look. Jeg ønskede at forvandle denne stue til et hyggeligt samlingspunkt med plads til hele familien. Udover pendlerne og bambusskamlen blev denne stue designet med nye møbler og tilbehør som passede til den nye stil. De blide grønne nuancer går igen i alle husets ny indrettede rum og skaber en rolig og naturlig sammenhæng. Bemærk hvorledes pejsen træder frem pga. den brune nymalede kalkvæg.

The emerald green sofas, with their plush velvet upholstery and sleek lines, add a luxurious and eye catching element to the room. Complemeting these striking sofas are black and white chairs that offer a striking contrast in both colour and design. The black and white chairs bring a sense of balance and visual interest to the space. A contemporary coffee table in a minimalist design sits in the centre of the room providing a functional yet stylish focal point. Ambient lighting fixtures in a sleek and modern design cast a warm glow over the space, enhancing the overall ambience. In designing a chic modern living room with brown colouring, bespoke furniture, and velvet fabrics, I have created a luxurious and sophisticated space that exudes elegance and style. Main walls have been wallpapered in a luxurious gold colouring whilst the other walls have been painted in a warm shade of brown, providing a rich and cozy backdrop for the room. Bespoke furniture pieces, such as a sleek coffee table with intricate detailing and a custom designed sofa with clean lines and plush velvet upholstery in a luscious soft brown colouring takes centre stage in the space. Accent chairs in a complementary shade of chocolate brown add depth and texture to the room. The room is adorned with metallic accents in gold and different shades of brown adding a touch of glamour and refinement to the modern aesthetic. Overall, I designed a chic modern living room with a brown colouring scheme using bespoke furniture which exudes sophistication and elegance, creating a space that is both inviting and visually stunning.
