A large living room transformed to be a warm and inviting space with a glamorous feel and high end finishes. Cleverly hiding the TV against a dark wall helps to drawn the eye away from it. Framing the walls with art, accessories and a feature mirror above the fireplace draws the eye to beautiful pieces in the room.

Our client wanted a complete revamp of their front living room. We transformed this room into a modern yet comfortable space with a striking black ash media wall as the main focal point.

Le projet nécessitait en une seule pièce, vide à part le canapé déjà choisi auparavant, de faire un coin cuisine, un coin salle à manger, un coin salon et un coin musique. J'ai tout de suite aimé cet espace particulier, qui, en fait, est un ancien club de Jazz qui a été entièrement rénové en conservant un style rétro et cocooning comme le souhaitaient ses propriétaires Tout a été réalisé par nos soins. Nous avons posé un tissu tendu au mur, crée la banquette, les sièges et les coussins. La cuisine a été déplacée afin de permettre une meilleure circulation et de pouvoir faire en sorte que le poteau ne soit plus gênant. Il a du reste été relooké. Nous avons également relooké les meubles existants et posé une cloison vitrée sur le côté latéral de la plaque de cuisson avec de créer une petite séparation légère entre la plaque de cuisson et le reste de la pièce. Une cloison en "verrière d'artiste" a été créée au fond à gauche ouvrant sur un nouvel espace crée "salle d'eau-toilette ". Une shopping liste a été faite pour l'achat de meubles et objets déco. This spacious, light-filled family room blends comfort and function with subtle classical touches. A warm palette of soft beige and stone tones creates a calm backdrop for everyday life, while carefully chosen furniture and details add depth and familiarity. The room is cleverly zoned into dining and living areas: on one side, a generous solid oak dining table with benches offers plenty of space for shared meals and gatherings. On the other, a pair of soft cream sofas and a wood-burning stove set into a simple brick-lined fireplace create a cosy, lived-in corner anchored by a neutral rug. The light sage green walls provide gentle contrast to the crisp white cornicing and deep skirting boards, bringing a traditional architectural frame to a modern family lifestyle. Wall-mounted picture lights highlight framed prints, while a circular mirror above the fireplace offers visual symmetry and bounce. Large-format stone-effect floor tiles add a tactile, timeless quality underfoot, while the black-framed door to the left connects the interior seamlessly to the garden beyond, bringing in both light and greenery.

Le projet Perronet est un cas d'école pour notre agence. Nos clients ont fait l'acquisition d'un appartement et de 3 chambres de bonnes (sur 4 au total) situées à l'étage supérieur. ⁠ Cette réunion a été un challenge car la chambre restante se situait au milieu de l'étage supérieur ! Notre équipe a donc dû créer 2 escaliers sur-mesure. ⁠ L'un mène vers les 2 anciennes chambres de bonnes, changées en une chambre bleu et sa SDB compacte. ⁠ L'autre fait la liaison vers la 3e chambre, devenue un bureau. ⁠ Toutes les boiseries et rangements ont été conçus par nos experts. La cuisine, auparavant fermée, a été entièrement changée; nous avons abattu la cloison pour y mettre une verrière qui s'ouvre sur la salle à manger.
