Same problem with ours. Caused flooding in my kitchen. Had to take care of mold on kitchen ceiling which caused cabinets to have to be removed. Reinstall cabinets in kitchen, pull, reinstall ceiling, please Aunt kitchen, pull up tile in bathroom and replace tub. Kohler has offered to replace tub but no reimbursement that needs to be done due to damage.
