This is a cool juxtaposition of modernism style for the kitchen with some really classic but sleek touches moving over to dining - e.g. the polished granite mantle and dark walls with shelving and crown molding

Very interesting fireplace - could this be combined with the Royal Oaks Estate living room? The mantle is bad and could be replace with an organic wood (drift or barn), but love the concrete and the modern hearth bench.

We like dark walls for dining or office - we had maroon in our old dining room, love greens, maybe blue rather than black

Same home and dining room - nice bar with bold cool cabinets - nice contrast to the bright and light dining room. Something we could consider for our butlers pantry

Struggling to find a perfect dining room, but this one is up there. We love the floor, the partial paneling is much better than full on. We could play with other colors here like white paneling with a dark wall and black windows. And the natural stone they have around the wine storage could be an interesting option for our fireplace and mantle if we don‘t go modern. Ver/y cool overall - the wine storage may be a little over the top
