gable roof ties into existing roofline well... can double the gable look but not necessary
heavy beam doesn't fit your house
closed in front and too much wood makes the porch seem outta place, doesn't blend with house, looks "added"
shed roof line ...downslope makes the street view hooded and squatty since house is at ground level, I like a vault or a raised flat roof
