kitchen

I think we need white cabinets to make the kitchen brighter. However, a lot of white cabinet kitchens look ordinary, plain and boring. And sometimes the look is too modern. How do you use interesting elements to give a white kitchen depth, design and a feel of luxe? Beautiful chandeliers? Intricate molding? Designer backsplash? Different colored island and cabinets?
*probably don't want curtains in the kitchen, nook or family room. would like to keep the look clean and bright.

So far this is our favorite kitchen. Transitional. Like chandelier. Like the mix of white and dark color. Like the luxe feel. Love everything about this kitchen but don't know if it would fit the rest of our house.

LIke the concealed fridge behind mirrored cabinets. Really like this kitchen.

White, but chic. I like this very much!

Beautiful backsplash. Like the two scones on the side.

Love the chandeliers. Gives the white kitchen much more character.

Like this kitchen quite a bit. Ornate cabinets but with a modern twist. Like the white bright feel. Like the contrast of white cabinets and dark island top. More interesting that way. Only concern is whether the wood top is durable.

Love this. Love the chairs: very french but w a modern twist. And love the round table. We need a round table for our nook. This would be the ideal nook!

Q

Like the look of this kitchen. And the nook. Very nice contrast of dark wood and light colored modern chairs.

Q

Like the feel. Like the black glass chandelier.

Love the venetien plastered wall. Love the floor. Love the feel. Like this kitchen quite a lot.

Q

Like the glam look. But don't like the white shining tiles on the wall.

*This photo only shows what we don't like.* I do not like pot and pans hanging from the ceiling. They gather dust and oil.

Q

Foto

I like the big sink.

Q

This is a great idea. Garbage can out of sight!

Q

Foto

wonderful design. must copy!

Q

I do need a place like this in the kitchen, perhaps not chalkboard but magnetic whiteboard. And not too prominent.

Q

Foto

Got to have a drawer like this for the cutting boards! Useful!

Q

Foto

Transitional. Nice. But a bit bland.

Q

Foto

Not bad. But don't like the wood color. Looks too brown and old. Don't like the chairs. Too old-fashion.

Q

Good corner drawer.

Q

Foto

The floor color is beautiful.

Q

Foto

Overall not bad, but too plain.

Q

this look really practical. i'd like one next to my stove.

Q

I think I really like these black glass chandeliers!

Q

We need a desk area in the kitchen. This one is not pretty. Just a reminder that we need a desk area.
