There is a ventilation system in place in the floor through the entire building. A full HVAC system was installed under the floor and registers were cut through the slab to prevent humidity and condensation from the heated pool. As far as we know, there have not been issues regarding condensation. Dimension idea: 17'10" wide building x 78' long... of course would need smaller length

Great question. danelle - can this tub unit have built in heater with temperature control? Hi czmzxx. Since this is a self rimming tub you can have a heater or whirlpool jets sit under the seat of the Japanese tub or under the tub decking shown in this image. Japanese ofuro have a wooden lid to keep the temperature

The pool is approximately 33'-2" long x 18'-2" wide. The pool depth is approximately 8' at the deep end, and 3'-9" at the shallow end. The stone pavers vary in size, but are generally 3'-0" x 3'-6". The pool and spa were designed by the landscape architecture firm Shadley + Associates, LLC, of Lexington, MA. Building about 20 x 40 , 12' @ roof peak
