Hmm, have a fire pit/place in the covered portion of the outdoor area is interesting. This space is too big, maybe if it was half this. I don't think we need the ceiling fan. It doesn't get that hot here.

I like the paver/grass combo. I wouldn't mind have a small grass patch in the backyard, for a future dog to enjoy. Maybe around the seating area it's pea gravel in between, not grass.
