Brad Ausmus, Colorado Springs 2004 HBA Builder of the Year, and his business partner, Steve Hood, have worked together for more than 25 years, building distinctive custom homes for every budget and lifestyle. We’re proud to say we’ve also built many strong friendships in the process. Some of our clients come to us through referrals. Others are repeat customers. The biggest compliment that we can offer is that we have built 2 homes with these people and if we are in the market for another home in this area we will be back with them again. We would literally not consider anyone else. They are that outstanding. Steve, Brad, Jean, and Dean were able to take our many ideas and turn them into reality on schedule and per the contracted price with no surprises. They are of the highest integrity and bring complete transparency and honesty to home building. They work with an outstanding group of craftsman with whom they have developed long relationships. We love our Alliance Builders home.

Alliance Builders provides an awesome product. We worked with Steve, Brad, and Jean to design and build our new home. From walking our property with us and discussing possible site locations, to the design of our home, to picking out appliances, lighting, and trim, to the construction phase itself, the people at Alliance were there for us and with us the whole way. Building our home was an incredibly pleasant experience made so by the people at Alliance. They delivered a quality product and finished our home exactly when promised.

Alliance from design to final delivery was an excellent experience. Steve Hood and his group did a great job of accommodating our custom homes needs. His attention to detail was seen in his process and final inspections that resulted in a great home at a great price, he knows the industry well and was accommodating in any special requests.

We enjoyed our building experience with Alliance. We built a custom home in Colorado Springs, in an area known for expansive soil. They took extra care to ensure against future foundation problems. We are a military family and had special items for installation (chandelier and light fixtures from Europe, tiles from Spain/Portugal/Italy, antique doors, wall-mounted toilets, etc.). Everything was safely handled and integrated into our house. Any problems we had at closing (broken window, cabinet paint issues) have been addressed to our satisfaction. We would build again with Alliance!
