There is no substitute for experience! I have worked with Tere on dozens of projects since the late 80's as a professional wallpaper installer and as a decorative finish painter. Two things come to mind when working with Tere. One, she always solicits input from her trades people as part of the feasibility aspect of a project. And Two, she has a way getting us to extend our expertise to be just a little more creative. I once spent a good portion of an afternoon in the Morristown Library with Tere going through art books looking for just the right tone of a Venetian red for a project. We moved into new construction in 1996. Stepping up from a small townhouse to 3000sf 4BR with about enough furniture to fill the MBR, we knew we needed help. We learned the difference between Interior design & Interior Decorating. Tere's redesign of the builder's lighting plan, critical changes to floorplan and materials selection provided a solid foundation for wall colors, draperies, rugs and furniture that have endured since we moved in. Tere continues to help us as a growing family adds new living requirements. Everything she selected with us has a unique flair and everything has endured over 17 years. I have known Beret Design Group for several years. Tere has been my designer in numerous homes, in three different states. She is talented, professional and has excellent taste. She also has great resources/ workrooms and includes you in the process if you want to be included. She is also excellent when it comes to lighting.

Tere Beresin of Beret Design group orchestrated my entire renovation project. Throughout the project Tere was an invaluable professional. Tere designed each room with diligence and creativity despite the fact that we were redesigning a home of 7 bedrooms, multiple enormous living spaces and two kitchens (and even two laundry rooms!). Ms. Beresin created the coloration of each room, lighting, furniture etc.. and the result is my magnificent home! Tere was wonderful to work with and I recommend Beret Design group highly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tere for at least 16+ years. Tere has overseen all design aspects of my house. She designed the most wonderful library fabricated in mahagony and everyone is totally amazed and blown away with the details in this special room in our house. Only Tere had the patience to finally design my one of a kind backsplash for my kitchen, which ended up being a head of design in the industry at that time. Everyone who visits comments on the uniqueness of the backsplash. Tere has carefully helped me purchase several antique rugs for the house, sofas, many different lights, and has decorated every room in the house. Her guidance on the hand painting of several rooms shows Tere's expertise in color and finishes. Basically, Tere is great because she listens to her client and tries to work with their idea of "beauty" so your home reflects you and not anyone else.

I have worked with Beret Design Group, Inc., particularly with designer Tere Bresin, on various residential projects for over twenty years. Her artistic ability is beyond question. Ms. Bresin is also able to discover what kinds of styles and objects will please an individual client, and help shape an outcome reflecting the client's taste. In addition, she is extremely practical when presenting choices. Although it is very gratifying to have visitors tell me how beautiful my home design is, I also know that the items are of excellent quality for their cost and will last. She also has a wealth of craftsman to draw on if needed for a project. The office and assistant design staff is entirely professional and a pleasure to deal with.
