Chris Dugan came to my home on October 24, 2020 took an order for verticals and a 400.00 deposit. After 20 emails and numerous 20+ phone calls, we still have no blinds and my 70 year old mother is out 400.00. The one call from CHRIS DUGAN came the week before Thanksgiving. We asked for a refund and he said he would bring a check by in 11/24. As if today, no verticals and no check. He stole money from a senior. SHAME ON YOU CHRIS DUGAN...SHAME

ordered plantation shutters in June 2020. it is almost November and i still dont have my shutters. i dont even want them anymore I want a refund of my $600 deposit He doesnt answer the phone very often either

Chris Dugan (owner) did not honor his contract. Although he accepted a 50% deposit, he only fulfilled 39% of the work. Chris scheduled three separate dates to complete the install, and he didn't show up all three times, he did not return telephone calls, I had to continually chase him down, then out of the blue he just decides to quit. Chris hangs up on telephone calls, promises to call you back, never does. He accepted this job and at the end of the day he did not fulfill the contract.

This company was outstanding in all areas. From the initial consultation, to replying to requests/questions promptly, to the finished product installation. All company representatives were professional, and cared about customer satisfaction. The installation was smooth and the window treatments look fabulous. I could not be happier with the appearance and function of each. Thank you to all at Blind Shack for making my home better! Highly recommended!
