With over 30 years of construction experience, President and CEO Charles Semans brings extensive background to your construction project. Charles "Chuck" is a Retired U.S. Navy Seabee, having actively served from 1980 to 1995, has worked in over 6 different countries, and brings that experience as well as Management experience from Certified Building Contractors and Levitt and Sons to CFL Renovations. Chuck's knowledge of various sizes of projects, from small to extremely large, provides each of the projects at CFL Renovations the type of attention to detail that separates an average job from the exceptional - which is what we expect. Chuck was very helpful to us when planning our rehab. He had creative solutions where others we spoke to did not and guided us to stay within our budget. He did not push us to do more than we could afford. It was through his professional expertise that we backed out of a property that would have been a disaster for us. He also ONLY does things the proper way, not what he could get away with. We recommend him highly.

Central Florida Renovations was great to work with, good quality work and they work well with homeowners! Central Florida Renovation constructed 2 new homes and rehabbed a third for a Federal Grant Project our firm was administering in the Central Florida Area. Contractor-Chuck Seman, Foreman- Cobie and all workers on the project worked great with the homeowners and did good quality work. I definitely recommend Central Florida Renovation.

I highly recommend CFL Renovations to anyone seeking help with their home renovation projects. They were professional, detail oriented and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to use my budget most effectively. The quality of workmanship was excellent and they were always true to their word in all aspects, including showing up when promised.

Wow I have so many good things to say..cfl renovations came and got my jobs done in a timely maner..I had a major leak so alot to be done ..very professional and good hearted..I had drywall, flooring, and rug installed. I would recommend them to anyone..great company..I was able to have my christmas party thanks for everything..and what you stand for...

I would highly recommend CFR for many reasons. They took care of a major home renovation for us, to include: gutting one bathroom and modifying three others, complete kitchen gut and remodel, replacing flooring in formal and dining room-- plus two bathrooms. Upgrading and replacing all lighting and painting the entire inside of our 3300 Sq ft home---including replacing doors. The crew were professional and sharp on every detail. Chuck is a true professional and made a stressful home remodel enjoyable. He is the only person I'll call in the future.

I have worked with many contractors over the years but I must say Chuck Seaman is the most honest and sincere of all the others. I had estimates from 4 contractors, CFL came in 21% less. with all quality material and professionalism . Chuck provided many improvements on the plans and design I had paid an architect $2000 to provide. This convinced me of Chucks experience and on site supervision was superior to most contractors. Knowing I can trust Chuck makes an easy chose of contractors in any future needs, I know he will make everything right. Please take my word, You will be totally satisfied with Chuck Seaman.. Thank You
