Classique Floors

We initially were interested in Classique as one of three flooring shops that we'd seen well-recommended on Houzz, Angie's List, & Google. A visit to the store secured that interest. The store displays an enormous variety of options; they had a warm & willing but non-pushy staff; & offered us the option of an in-home consultation with a designer. Megan came to our home where we shared our thoughts about what we needed. Then we met with her in the store where she shared some ideas to meet our needs. She was patient with negotiations between my partner & I over the differences in our vision. We made a contract & she ordered materials, supervised the installation process including several visits over the several days, and held my hand when angsty! We think she is terrific! The installers, Pavel & Yuriy were also excellent. They listened well to any questions & concerns, and when we left them to do what they do, did it beautifully! All in all, highly recommend Classique. Thanks, all!

Mark our sales person was awesome to work with. being in the construction industry myself i know how difficult it can be to control all the details from material lead times, product application limitations to subcontractor management.. he somehow turned a process i was really dreading going through into one i enjoyed. we did a complete house remodel with hardwood floors, tile, slab counters, and carpet in some areas. the process went as it was suppose to and he was always available to answer questions and would even just check in from time to time to see how things were progressing. he even got us to try a cork product in the laundry room that at first we were skeptical of, but ended up one of the choices we were the most happy with. we cant say enough good things about him and the rest of the team at Classique. thank you.

We are so happy we found Classique Fooring. Mark was so helpful and knowledgeable about products. We made our selection for new kitchen countertops and flooring and scheduled time for work to be done. Mark even came out and introduced the workers to us when they arrived. Mark, countertop guy, did an incredible job of removing the old laminate and decking and making new decking and adding laminate. He was meticulous, skilled, cleaned up each day after he was done, and a pleasure to have here. We love the countertops!! Then the guys for the flooring came with Mark introducing them to us. They were amazing! Laid the wood planking in no time and cleaned up after themselves! Great guys! Our kitchen is beautiful!! They made the project fun! We will only use Classique Flooring for our future projects (carpeting and new bathroom countertops)!!! Recommend highly!!!!!!!

I didn't have a huge budget to work with, and I felt like Mark found me very high-value products that feel great and look great and didn't break the bank. He introduced us to types of products, like luxury vinyl tile, that we had never even heard of, and now everyone who sees our floor wants to know where we found it! The selection at Classique is plentiful and left us wanting for nothing else. I can't wait to use Mark again for our next project.

We have used Classique Floors for all the new floors in our house. I love the showroom because they have a great mix of products from new, unique, environmentally friendly and practical. They are great for coming up with creative ideas within a budget. A few times after we've had something installed we've needed a few small things fixed and their customer service response is always, YES, "lets get that fixed" and "what can we do to make you happy", etc. I would highly recommend them if you have a new floor in your future.

I hired Classique Floors to install bamboo flooring in the basement of the church where I am a trustee. We chose Classique because they were professional, detailed, communicated well and we knew the owner, Judith, has a deep commitment to supporting community projects. In fact, she had donated a rug to a school classroom one of our members taught in so when it came to choosing a bid, her devotion to giving back factored into our decision. We received excellent service from start to finish, from picking out the best materials to walking through the final product. The job was coordinated around our schedule and finished on time. It was done beautifully with old world craftsmanship and attention to detail. We have been very pleased with the results. We have a "50 year floor" that looks fantastic, cleans easily and has elevated the whole space.

Mark Herron is one of the nicest, more helpful salespeople I've done business with. I first bought tile from him at a different company, for my kitchen remodel in 2005, and he remembered me when I came looking for carpet in 2014, nearly 10 years later, at Classique Floors. His top priority is making you feel happy with your purchase. He delivers excellent customer service, often driving a long distance simply to drop off paperwork or a floor mat in person. His quotes are honest and reliable, and his company offers excellent payment options. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an easy, trustworthy, pleasant sales experience.

Very helpful in our selection of which flooring - Marmoleum - and color to select for our kitchen. Their installer was excellent, and I felt like the cost was fair for both materials and installation. Really happy with the decision to use Classique Floors.

I had the pleasure of working with Judy at Classique Floors when I was considering new flooring for my kitchen. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the store's vast inventory as well as her design insight. Judy's upbeat personality made the consultation in my home very easy and comfortable. Within one day I was emailed an estimate, which was both prompt and reasonable, in my opinion. Our designer was able to quickly zero in on products that fit the design and quality we were looking for and provided the professional craftsman to install.. Highly recommend!!
