After shopping multiple granite stores with much frustration, we were so happy to discover countertops direct. We met Kelly and she helped us live in the land of how, helping us achieve the dream look we wanted for our lake home at a fair price. Kelly is an experienced professional in her field with over 20 years of expertise. She took her time with us and guided us to some great material. She helped make the decision very easy and we greatly appreciated the layout meeting to ensure we had the right part of the slab in the right locations. The total value offering at CTD blew the competition out of the water and they do it with a transparency and honesty we did not feel at other places. The whole process was efficient and seamless from selection, to measurement through installation. I want to comment on fabrication, which in my opinion is some of the best I have seen after having granite installed 6 different times now for various projects. Also Eric and Ryan our installers were true professionals balancing efficiency, workmanship and customer care. Outstanding work to the whole team at CTD. Everyone was wonderful and the finished product looks great! Kelly was very knowledgeable. She had great suggestions and kept us in our price range while helping us find the perfect color. Countertops Direct are fantastic. Maria, at the Clinton Twp location was great! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She answered my questions without making me feel like I was wasting her time. She guided me through the process, showing me options with no pressure. The women at the Harrison Twp. were very pleasant and willing to help when I made changes. Eric and Ryan, the two installers were fantastic. They came in, explained what they were going to do, and went to work in record time. They worked efficiently, were very polite, cleaned up and explained to me the care my granite needed. Every commitment this company made, they kept-from the appointment to measure to the install. I highly recommend this company. They all worked together as a team and made me feel like my job mattered.

The Clinton Township store was very convenient to stop in and see what they had to offer. Maria at this location helped me find exactly what I was looking for at my new home. This is the second time I have used countertops direct and they have a great selection to from. The installers did a fantastic job with all measurements and I was amazed by how level and smooth the seam was between two slabs.

I want to say what a great operation Countertops direct run from Kelly to Installers .Kelly had kept me informed and helped with decisions of what would look better . Installers were wonderful polite courteous ,and cleaned up the mess . Thanks again

After shopping around for some time, I discovered Countertops Direct. Their prices and selection are the best in the area. The man who came to measure was extremely detailed and took his time with the measurements. The men who came to install were professional and polite. This is by far the best place for granite counters.

The entire staff was extremely polite and professional. Ana and Crystal were awesome! CD beat out several other companies that my wife and I went to, both on price and product selection. The install was very fast and the installers educated us on the care for our countertops. Could not ask for a better company to go with.

Best value for your money. Dave Cercone was beyond helpful, making recommendations that saved us money, and made our kitchen renovation look even better than I planned. Very good customer service with David Cercone at Countertops Direct in Harrison Twp, MI. he answered all of our questions and returned calls and emails promptly. My husband and I are very pleased with our granite kitchen counter top.
