Had our home done with Cozyspace, and our ID was Steve & John. We had our discussion done, and the 3D came out great. During the process of renovation, they were prompt in updates, rectification and provided their best professional advice in how we should get our things up. Upon handover, we were very happy that the house turns out to be very nicely done up with expectations well met and providing us the cozy home. Thumbs up to team cozyspace for making our renovation a very pleasant one. Highly recommending them for a reliable and excellent renovation work, with good advice! Thanks team Cozyspace!

First and foremost me and my wife would like to say our utmost appreciation towards our ID Joshua. Since the first meeting at cozyspace met up with Joshua, we already clicked and the chemistry was there. Since then we make up our mind to engaged him. We are so lucky Joshua was appointed to be our ID we read alot of positive review on Joshua work rate and it really impressed us. Throughout the renovation journey,Joshua showed great passion and enthusiasm. His creativity in designing and coming up with something fresh is very commendable. And the outcome is what exactly he has promised. The workmanship of the masonry,carpentry electrical works all in all is beyond satisfaction and we are very pleased with it. Homeowners who is finding an ID. Cozyspace interior design should be in one of your wishlist. I highly recommend others to engage them. In summary. First meet up with Steve was one that sealed the deal. He was recommended by a friend. After meeting up with various interior designers before him, he was the first to understand what his clients wanted instead of pushing packages. He brings practical ideas to the table and maintains timely schedule. Communication throughout the whole project was well maintained as he timely updates us the progress of the house. Finishing was excellent as we managed to move in on our desired date in clean move-in condition and aftercare service for minor inconveniences was well taken care of. We highly recommend his services. Thank you for your great work, Steve.

Browse through Facebook and decide to ask them for quotation since they having a promotion for SG50. After making appointment, discussion and quotation, decide to engage them. I met ID Steve, Alvin and Jax and really satisfy with their service. They always give their recommendations and also do not push to promote all those unnecessary stuff. Well done guys! Keep it up! Do engage them without hassle.

My Husband and I signed on a the CNY package from Steve on Feb 2016. We are going to get our keys end 2016 / early 2017. We had been to the showroom twice to discuss on our future house reno. We feel that the price is good and Steve gave us tips to help us save money. Such as where to source out for aircon, tiles and even the water heater. Cant wait to get the keys!!

Steve was our appointed ID for our BTO. He is a jovial guy who is also very professional when handling the project. His design concept presented by him was practical while adhering to our requirement and budget. He was able to advise us on the more appropriate type of material to be used in any situation. I do have a feeling that Steve is not driven by bottomline but more about the value that he is creating for his clients. The final bill did not create any nightmare for us despite making numerous changes and insertion during the renovation period. For project timeline, we gave Steve a short timeline of just 6 weeks and he was able to meet this deadline despite not being in town for a week plus during the project. This shows the kind of project management skill that we as home-owners would want from an ID. Steve was able to give pragmatic suggestion solution or suggestion during the course of project when we sought his advice. He would also be responsive when we Whatapp him with numerous queries and in fact, he was the one who created the whatapp group chat for the ease of communication between him, my wife and me. I would recommend Steve to anyone who need a ID for their new home as I believe that he possesses all the right attributes, like design sense, project management, responsiveness and cost conscious, of an excellent ID.
