Alan and CSPINY has given me technical support for over 25 years. They respond quickly when called upon and complete the job in a timely manner. They are professional in the work they do. They leave the work site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them for technical support, phone systems, alarm and surveillance installations, and home theater and automation.

I used this company for numerous projects over the years, most recently for a home theatre system. They work quickly and efficiently and always do an amazing clean-up job. CSPI installed my first security system in my home and has done periodic upgrades over the years. As a single, female homeowner, whenever new products come on the market, they let me know if they think I'll be interested for my protection. Alan, the owner, has also installed outdoor lighting with motion detectors as well as cameras. I am thrilled with their work and highly recommend this company

We use CPSI for our camera and alarm system. Alan is very easy to work with and is always willing to work around our schedule. They come in when expected and do not disrupt the goings on of our business. When they leave you don't know that they were there - everything is left clean! They are more than accommodating when I express my needs - always going that extra mile to make me happy. I have been using CPSI since 2013 and plan to continue to work with them. Reasonable and accommodating - what more could you ask for!

The CSPI team is very responsive, spends time to work with you to spec out the system that you need. They don't just try to sell you products, they want the entire project to work for you. They make sure you have what you need and do a professional job of making sure the project gets done right. Anytime I've had a question come up they answer my calls and handle it.
