We had 8 windows that needed their blinds replaced. We were very impressed with the help we received from Custom Blinds and Design representative Peg Slagler. She listened carefully to what we wanted and informed us of options that fit our needs. She was very responsive to our preferences and helped us weigh options. Excellent and friendly customer service made this a most pleasant experience.

Custom Blinds & Design have been fabulous to work with. Very responsive and helpful. We had them put blinds in our current home and they will provide all of the blinds for our new home! Sally is great to work with and helpful in making suggestions. Since we had worked with her on our current home she understood our style and was able to make recommendations for window treatments for our new home. I had a problem with one of the blinds and they came out and replaced the mechanism. Works great! The installation is quick and professional. Always clean up and nothing left when they are done. They even disposed of our old blinds!

Sarah was a professional person who was timely with her appointments and additional scheduling. She had excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
