We were thinking to replace our garage door because it was noisy, we have room right above it. I always get no less than 3 quotes and do research. Garage door medics, Mark, was the most professional out if all companies. He could explain everything, give advice. I chose them but was not sure about door color, had to contact HOA. Then out spring broke. I contacted Mark, he resend me the quote right away, I confirmed color with my HOA, we had door installed by Pedro in couple of days. Went very good. No problems except one of the glass windows had a crack but they replaced it next day. Very professional company. Highly recommend.

The old garage door opener died on a Saturday afternoon. Garage Door Medics came out on a Sunday morning, replaced old opener with new Liftmaster opener. Technician was knowledgable, experienced and professional. Did his work quickly and met our deadline. He was courteous as he did all this. Great work. I appreciated it.

I contacted the Garage Door Medics to get an estimate on my garage door which was beginning to malfunction. I felt comfortable with their assessment of what was wrong with the door. The technicians (Hector and Joel) explained that the door springs needed to be changed. I told them that I was on a budget and if it cost to much I would have to wait a few months. After further negotiation we agreed on a price that was suitable and they replaced the springs and performed a courtesy inspection on the functionality of the system. Their positive attitude and professional knowledge contributed to a happy customer.

I work for a Real Estate and Property Management Company and have used Garage Medics on a number of properties. We had an emergency arise the afternoon before the Thanksgiving holiday, they were able to fix the problem before the Holiday! The owner of the RE company has also used them at her personal residence and will continue to use them for all our garage door needs.

Called them late on a Friday evening and got a return call within an hour and set up an appointment for the following day, a Saturday. Their people are friendly , courteous, neat, fast, know their business and above all, professional. Use them for annual door and springs check up. Reasonably priced and value the returned business.

I contacted Garage Door Medics through an online Groupon offer for a much needed garage door tune up. The door was squeaking, would open and close, but would not stop and hold at any other position. John C (who I highly recommend) with GDM, Inc. was the service tech and diagnosed the issues very quickly. The original springs which were installed about a decade ago were the wrong size to hold the full weight of the door and had to be replaced. It also needed a new set of bearings which was causing the squeaking/grinding noise and sorely need lubricating. All of this was taken care of within 2 hrs and I finally had a quiet garage door which operates like it was supposed too. I have recommended GDM, Inc. to several of my friends.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of Garage Door Medics. From the phone call to the office to the service by the technician everything was handled with utmost professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs garage door repairs.

My garage door opener needed to be replaced and the door springs balanced. I called the office of Garage Door Medics approx. 4pm in the afternoon and within minutes they confirmed that they could get a technician to my house which they did. He arrived within 1 hour and quickly installed new springs I had previously purchased and balanced the door. Meanwhile I was trying to install a new door opener and this tech (being an expert with many brands of garage door openers) offered to finish my install. I would say the overall project was 1 1/2 hours to finish and has worked excellently ever since. This is my go-to company in the event of any future problems.....Thanks again Garage Door Medics

Technician was prompt. He professionally explained the items that needed repair and made suggestions. He was not pushy and was very polite and knowledgeable. He repaired the garage door and left everything very clean.
